Childhood

He was born on September 22, 1986, and started the first grade at a Moscow school in 1993.
From a young age, he showed a deep interest in books and chess, which laid the foundation for analytical thinking and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
During his school years, he was particularly fascinated by history, literature, and mathematics, subjects that developed both humanitarian and logical thinking.

He trained at the Tigran Petrosyan Chess Club, where he received serious training in strategic thinking.

Science

His scientific activity focuses on analyzing the impact of the ethnoconfessional factor on the development of the entrepreneurship system in the country.
In his work, Grigory relied on the works of Max Weber and other economists who studied the relationship between cultural and religious factors and entrepreneurial activity.
He defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences and taught at the Department of Theory and Practice of Competition.

For 7 years, he headed the "Synergy" Business School, one of the largest private business schools.
He worked on the development of educational programs for entrepreneurs and the creation of online courses with authors of world-famous business books.
In 2015, the School began hosting the largest lecture events, which grew to 25,000 participants.
In 2020, he founded the "Megacampus" company as a platform for course authors and creators. In 2023, he made a deal with a strategic investor, significantly scaling the project. In 2024, the company held the largest lecture event in the world, which entered the Guinness World Records.
